12 valve cummins and allison 1000 in a 1999 f150

i want to put a 12 valve cummins and an allison tranny in my f150. and was wondering if anybody had any expieriance with this swap, i am new to the site and just looking for some info/ideas thanks
 
Hope you have some serious fab skills. Like he said try search first and if you cant find your answer then ask or these guys will eat you alive. :welcome:
 
yea ive been looking around, i work in a metal fab shop so i figure i can take care of that im definatly gonna have to beef up the frame, gonna do an SAS to dana 60 front and a 14 bolt rear. ive just never really dabbled with anything diesel before.
 
Look up farmboy fabrications he closed shop but he built a f150 like how you want yours.
