I'm in the Nashville Tennessee area and would like to do this locally if at all possible.
Ok I have the head off my pulling truck and I want to do a partial trade with boot for a non-ringed head.
Head was bought used and COMPLETELY rebuilt 2 years ago from Hendrix Auto Diesel in Scottsville, KY.
I completely disassembled my motor a couple of months ago and this head was cleaned and checked for straightness on both sides of the rings and found to be good on either side. It was not mag'd at the time but I will have it done this week if possible, if not next week for sure.
I would like $150 (half the cost of o-ringing a head) + a GOOD NON CRACKED head with NO grooves. I will want proof that your head is good.
Also, my head is currently bare I only have the valves for it I've sold the springs & keepers and retainers. You can strip your head and we just swap bare heads or how ever you would like to handle it.
