190 p pump questions

im looking at a pump possibly tomorrow and I am told it is a 190 pump and I have a few questions about it.

does anyone know if the cam profile is the same as the 180/215 pumps. I am looking at the pump to swap the cam into my pump...
ive heard mixed reviews on them and have heard they are a whacky pump, any input will be helpful. thanks

i got 450hp out of mine that i had that came on a school bus engine. i believe the cam is not that desirable and it has notched plungers. still useable if you stay under that but not good for high horsepower applications

Did your pump happen to be an 848?

not sure when i researched it a few years back this is all the info i found on it as it had a reman tag on it.
