Titled as a 96 Dodge Ram 2500
- salvage title as it was totaled 4 days after I had originally finished it in 2011
Motor:
- stock bottom end
- killer dowel pin has been tabbed
- street/strip cam from Haisleys
- Fluidampr
- 3" custom chrome intake horn
- 4" downpipe with 5" straight pipe into single stack
- 5 x 0.015 injectors
Head:
- ported and polished by EEP
- valve job, new seats & valves by EEP
- 60# valve springs from Peak Performance
- titanium locks and retainers from Haisley
- stock exhaust manifold is back on it with t3 to t4 reducer
- head bolts from Mountaineer Diesel
Turbo:
- s363/68/.91AR turbo from Manning Motorsports (box stock)
Injection Pump:
- 4k gov springs, adjusted for motor to turn 5k
- #100 fuel plate from Peak Performance
- full cut delivery valves
- .093 delivery valves
- Airdog II 150 gph
- timing set at 22.5*
Driveline:
- 3650 dual disk street clutch from SB
- 1 -3/8" input
- trans was rebuilt by EEP
- upgraded hydraulics from EEP
- 241dhd transfer case
- D80 rear & D60 front stock with 3.54 gears
- 4x4 Lock Cable from Summit (manually engage 4x4)
- Borgeson Steering box with single piece steering shaft
- Rancho shocks

- 0-60psi intake pressure
- 0-100psi drive pressure

Interior:
- vinyl floor
- Airdog setup on toggle switch

- Paint is charcoal gray with metallic

The bad
- D80 pinion bearing needs replaced (have both bearings and seal)
- front end needs aligned & possibly tie road ends
- tappet cover leaks
- no A/C. removed compressor and all lines in front of the firewall
- small rust spot on drivers side rocker

Can be negotiable on price. Main reason for selling is that have another truck and this one mostly sits in the barn. Also am looking to get a start on funds to build a new garage.

On another note, when the insurance company totaled the truck, it was due to being hit on the front driver side by a jeep. The front axle was broke just inside the steering knuckle. The frame was not bent during the wreck. I had to replace the front axle, steering box, drivers side fender, hood, grille, bumper, headlight and some plastic trim.
 
Yes. I had an alignment done after I put the truck back together after the wreck. The frame is straight and had no problem getting the alignment done. I put another 10k miles on the truck since then.
