Stock hx off 96 comp wheel has a few chips.good turbo for hybrid upgrade since no machining required $225
Stock 99hx35 with banks big head wastegate and exhaust housing $325
Both turbos have around 150k .no in out minor up down

Valair 3600 dd for big shaft.comes with everything but flywheel.clutch is organic .dan at valair said its about 50-60 % life left in it.can text pics.asking 250.

210hp p pump.has been sitting on bench for awhile even though its been covered i RECOMMEND it be sent out to be looked over and cleaned up.came off a good running motor a few years ago.asking 550 or bo.
also have t case+ cover p pump bracket oil feed line and throttle linkage bracket.all u need is p pump -24v lines and pump gear for a swap.make reasonable offer on everything.also have spare afc housing.and delivery valve holders.
Stock 12v cam good condition $100
Stock 12valve covers painted $100
D80 open 355 carrier. Good condition 200bo
P3000 parts pump.good afc and back half.make offer.

why would there be no maching needed on the 96' hx? i thought it would still need the center section machined and compressor housing? sorry for probly a dumb question, i just started looking into a hx35/40 to go over my ht60. thanks!
 
The newer hx-35's had a smaller 7 blade wheel that flowed more than the older 8 blade. 7 blade had 54/78mm I think diameter compared to 56/83mm 8 blade.

so i could just rebuild it and do nothing more then throw a hx40 60mm wheel on it and have a hybrid?

P pump is gone
Update for the clutch its more like 3/4 life left not 1/2+ and its a ceramic 3800 not 3600-call or text if interested.609-500-5574
