2010 deleted and tuned but didnt get tuner

bought 2010 that was deleted and tuned drove for passed 2yrs no problems and I had a trans issue with no 3rd gear and would get stuck in 6th had a new trans put in and same problem and their was no tuner with the truck when purchased how do I go abouts on getting it returned back to stock dealer wont touch it need help has code p1790 and u012a

Do you know what Tuner was on it originally?

EFI Live? H & S?

I'm sure you could send it to Fleece to have the ECM Flashed.
 
The dealer can re flash it to stock with their tool. It's not going to be very happy with a stock tune and no dpf sensors. Trans is prob in limp mode with those codes, which they should be at to reset without returning it to stock. Sounds like the dealer is being a sissy.

believe h&s cause trucks been don't for 2 or 3 yrs efi just came out with them
 
either will work just fine. as will Smarty/RaceMe though I wouldn't personally recommend them.

none of them utilize what's already on the ECM, they simply write over it
