24v WTS CFM+ intake manifold or WTT for stock intake manifold

I have a carbon fiber CFM+ intake horn for sale or trade. I am looking to get $250 shipped for it. I will also trade for the stock intake manifold and $150.

What is the reason for getting rid of it?

I'm going a different route with my truck and I'm going to need ports on the intake horn, and this one doesn't have any.
