iam getting my truck tuned for 450 to 500 rwhp after the trans is done will those numbers be safe on my moter without a fass pump on it

You will need a lift pump to support those numbers, and your stock cp3 may not hold enough rail pressure to support 500.

You wont make those kinda #'s without a LP, its a good way to burn stuff up without enough fuel

plenty of duramax's have hit 500rwhp w/o a lift pump but its not a good idea

You have "TTS lift pumps" in your sig...why are you asking about the Fass? The TTS pumps can handle 500rwhp.

you dont need a fass system for 500 hp but you do need a lift pump bad i know a lot of ppl fryin injection pumps for that same reason

As long as the cp3 has a helper it should do it with no problem. You will just notice when the fuel filter is dirty a little sooner
