While looking over my trans after disassembly I noticed that there is a hole in the very end of the accumulator bore into the pressure port, it's not a hole that was drilled and looks more like it was worn that way . It's is in the very bottom corner. Can someone please tell me if this is normal or if it's even suppose to be there thanks

Pic?

Have you tried blowing air into it and see where it comes out?

the pictures where you can see light are with a flashlight shining into the accumulator test port on the side of the trans

When you shine the light into the accumulator test port on the side of the trans you can see light both in the end of the accumulator piston bore thru a slot and also at port 11 on the diagram which is line pressure to accumulator

I figured it was, the hole just didn't look like it was supposed to be there
