6x.013 injectors what do i need

I have a lift pump, transmission is built, and I will be buying a sxe 66. Is there anything else I will need for these injectors to run well. Truck will being getting daily driven and run on the track and dyno. Eventually i play to play with :nos: as well.

Would it be a bad idea to drill out the filters in my connector tubes and if so how would I go about doing that without doing damage

I haven't touched mine on with a p-pump forcing fuel through them. 870hp on n20 last year.
