were putting gauges in a buddys 02 stroker, im wanting to know whats the easyes way to get the probe in the manifold and where to get the boost reading form

rembember im a cummins guy and psd retarted lollLOL

Pyro probe: crawl under the driver's side of the truck and look at the rear of the exhaust manifold from under the truck. Plenty of room there to drill and tap. Start with smaller bits and work your way up in size. Also, good idea to wear goggles.

Boost gauge: most kits come with an inline t-tap that you can just splice into the MAP sensor line. The MAP line comes out the bottom of the intake spider and is a black hose running over to the passenger's side above the A/C condenser where the MAP sensor is mounted.

Here's some easy to follow instructions with pictures: http://www.dieselmanor.com/diy/PSD3-gauge/PSD73gauge-p1.htm

ok thats easy enough drill and tap from the bottom all the chips fall out of the hole.

now are you talking a elct boost gague? or is it a hose that runs to the map sensor......i know on the dodges you either have a "boost bolt" that goes in place of a manifold bolt or drill and tap the intake horn......can you drill and tap the horn on the psd?

It is a hose that runs to the MAP sensor. But if you want, yes you can drill and tap the horn. Or, if you want, you can remove the AIH (big plug on the cool side pipe). Take off the AIH and replace with a plug that is tapped for a boost gauge line. That's where mine is run from.
