96 12v sounds like a ford?

My 96 play truck sounds like a 7.3 ford above ideal, any idea why?
96 180pump full cuts,racked barrels,5500gov springs,120 billet holders, fass 240, nv4500 swap, ppump dual feed kit, box stock hx52 with Volvo stamped on it, timed at 28°, 110valve springs

High timing.... Engine idle noise (rattling noise) increases as you increase timing

Probably those .120 dv holders. Take that trash off, those are not even needed with 13mm pumps. Are you running stock injectors?

I didn't put the holders in came already in stalled and 5x18s from t$

And the turbo was already on it as well the only thing I've put on it was the injectors because it had 5x12s
