97 Fan assembly with clutch

Fan/clutch from a 1997 had 125K on it when removed.
Ebay had them for $300+ for just the fan, so I will say $300(it is missing a bolt)
12V rockers/stands no ball/stud. $50
Miscellaneous stuff(tappets, rod bolts, wrist pins, etc) in picture make offer.
