Is the 07 Duramax that has been on the lot in the 07 trucks 2007 emissions compliant or is GM launching a compliant version this quarter like Ford and Dodge?

The GM dealer we went to yesterday only had one new body style 07 HD truck and it didn't have a Duramax in it so there was nothing to learn from the window sticker.
 
I looked at this truck this morning that had a Dmax in it and said nothing about 07 emissions.

Also, if you order a truck in Ca,Ma,NY you have the option to overide the emmissions. What ever the heck that does.
 
As far as I'm aware all the 07's on the lots are 2007 Classic's. Meaning they don't have the new emmison crap. I have read that the new ones will hit the lot in a couple of weeks or so. They will call it 2007.5.
