long story short....hauled a road grader from Michigan to Wooster Ohio.
weighed in at 40,800
did everything fine...unloaded and headed home
cruise set on 70....made it about 15 miles and truck died.
im thinking that the raptor took a sh*t ..
Has anyone had any problems with this pump? Any ideas on what made it go out? thanks again guys
 
You "think" its the pump, or you know its the pump? If it is, call Airdog and see if they will warranty it...

Could be a relay, fuse, wire, ect also.
 
My raptor pump is doing fine and has never gave me problums. The wireing on the outher hand.... Is good if you dont cut into it, period! But as far as pump motor burning up, ask air dog to warrent it! There good about it if ur not a dick to them demanding a warenty.
 
It was the pump...I by passed it and put a pump of my old puller on it and the truck fire right up. U think they will warranty it? I have no paper work or anything on it. The po put it on....of the top of your head do you guys no how much flow and pressure the vp should have going to it?
