all out 2.6 puller

double disk clutch, big input shaft, 66mm turbo, big injectors and tuner
traction bars, blocks

thats kind of a given...Im talking more along the line of engine work. Machine work

pistons, balance, rods, rings, better cam then what you have, nv type trans, lower axle gear ratios, lockers, maybe some other stuff, all depends on who you want to compete with!!

Bedsides the basics skip the tuner and go for the stand alone ECU. Also skip the dual disc and get a Kenny's Triple Disc. For motor work it depends on if yor going for a complete tear down or not? Or whether or not you want stock pistons or the works. We need more of a budget than anything else. Unlimited budget call scheids, but your gonna at least need 10-15k. Dual pumps is also another thing you'll need. Theres also alot of 2.6 pullers for sale right now and that would be your cheapest way to go. Cam is another big thing to look at and if you have the block tore down wouldn't be a bad deal to have it line bored. Defiantly get the motor balanced.

Alright If I was going to build a 2.6 CR even after all my problems. 6.7 Carrillo Rods Hamilton Cam Ported Head DDP Injectors BIG Twin PPE Pumps and a Zues stand alone. Smarty's Just are not starting to cut it with the EFI Live Duramaxes Evan
Matt and the other Duramax guys are proof of that. Cummins is up there. Not showing as strong as the DMAX has been lately.

Basically a 2.6 Version of Bean's truck.
