Did you have it tested....... Ran into more than one faulty crank sensor that won't let it charge IMHO

Had mine rebuilt twice now for @ $60 each time. It now has @ 400K miles on it.

Rebuilt mine once now same price. IMHO thats the way to go not too hard to do and cheaper than buying another plus most are refurbished now anyway unless it is labeled as brand new.

I rebuilt mine once and then it went out again after about 20K miles....bought a reman from Autozone with a lifetime warranty for around $120....what two rebuilds would have cost and now I don't have to mess with it again other than R&R.

I ended up grabbing a NAPA one with lifetime warranty... only thing that bugs me is it's rated @ 75amps @ 2000rpm and 120amps @ 6000rpm... like ill ever get there on the street

Keep in mind your alternator pulley is much smaller than the crankshaft pulley!

Aren't they the same one as a first gen? I got mine brand new for $100.
