Another no bus problem!!!!!

Working on a 2002 2500 checked all the usual ground wires connections fuses all that checked out out the pcm on another truck works fine swaped the gauge cluster into another truck works fine running out of ideas didn't see any pins pushed in on plugs none bent nor broken only physical damage I can see is the fuse boxed under the hood is cracked and coming apart so unsure if there is a problem there or in the harness does anyone know any thing I could have missed or looked over also truck runs n drives fine if u hold the trip button and turn key on and test the cluster it does good all gauges cycle through to the peg but start the truck and all the lights are on but no gauges read any help or ideas would be appreciated
