any problems with 191s on stock injectors?

just as stated, i have a buddy that wants DVs before injectors. he has heard before that DVs can in some way stress the pump or injectors when your still running the stock sticks. he wants to run 191s, i dont know if this is true or not, just figured i would try helping him out. any info on the subject would be appreciated. the injectors are stock 215s

The jump drum 181 to 191 isn't really worth the $$ IMO but it will be fine

ive run full cuts on stock injectors. no problems yet. just a little smokey

That will depend on the truck. What is done to it? All stock? Future goals?

If your buddy wants to upgrade I suggest the comp delivery valves. They will be quite a bit of fuel for stock injectors and you may find egts very hot at wot due to the long long duration it will take to get all that fuel out of a stock nozzle size but out of all that i've had and from others have reported as well they are the absolute best in driveability and wot fueling vs. all those listed here.
