Auto to Manual Swap

Have a 1993 6.5 3500 4x4 would like to do an Auto to Manual swap. I assume a donor truck would be the best way to do it, will any manual work or does it need to be a NV4500? Will the transfer case bolt up, or will I need to swap that over too? Are all the cranks drilled for pilot bushings?
