i have flex a lites on mine, I also ran no fan for a summer with no overheating problems

Congrats! I think late this summer, I might send out my pump to be benched. I would assume that benching it is probably a little better than swapping pumps. Plus it is probably cheaper.
I just looked up flex-a-lite and that's a cool system. I have seen a semi style one that you can tell it when to turn on (like set to 200deg) and you stick a probe in the radiator fins. Now I have to look into flex-a-lite more.

Same set up on mine has probe and u tap your ac wire so they kick on with the ac. I hot mine off ebay that were refurbished for 320 but I havnt seen them on there in a while.

Mechanical fan removed
Tires from 35psi to 50psi
Power service additive
Smoke/boost leak tested to 30psi
Fixed track bar (with inverted y steering, it was messing with my alignment)
Redid alignment
I did a lot of that stuff half way through the tank, there was a lot of snow driving (some in 4WD), and some fun/boost launching/driving fast, and I managed to get almost 14mpg. That is up from just under 10mpg the fill up prior.
I am hoping to be back up close to 18mpg after this tank!
