Ballistic joints in control arms?

How will the ride be with the ballistic joints in control arms for a dodge ram. Will it transfer massive vibes from the engine? I know when using uniballs a car will vibe horrible? I figure buying ballistic joints and make my own or buy finished ones with polytuheran ends? I really need help with this...
 
Your kidneys will thank you for the urethane... just finishing a 50K mile test with Delrin (way better than aluminum for the street) which sacrifices NVH for performance handling.
 
Which is best for trackbar, controlarms?
Uniballs or ballistic joint??
