best exhaust and tuner for 2000 7.3L

currently running stock 3.5 straight pipe to stacks and a powerprogrammer.
what brand and what size 4in or 5in, muff or no muff???????
 
Id say 4" turbo back MBRP,AFE are both good exhausts and install nicely\
muffler or not is up to you.. I prefer NO Muff
Id go with a TS 6 Position chip over a programmer for the 7.3
If ya need me to I can get you set up with what you want.
Dont forget gauges and an air filter AFE drop ins are great. Id stay clear or the K&N theyve been known to let dirt get past (not good for the turbo)

I'd go no muffler, the 6.0's sound sick strait piped. If you don't like it, add the muffler later.

Now for MUFF, you always want that.

Oh dang, I just realized you said 7.3, I'm going with a MBRP full 4" turbo back system. The sound clips I've heard of these are awesome.

As for a tuner, do you want a chip or programmer? I'd have to recommend Jody Tipton @ Dp-Tuner.
 
I am running a 4 inch turbo back Diamond Eye stainless, AirRaid, and Edge Juice/Attitude combo, and very happy with the noise and performance.
