Cigarette lighter removal?

Wanting to know best way to remove the lighter in the wife's truck. Going to be putting her csp5 switch in its place. Do I need to remove the whole bottom of the center console? Or will the plug just come out the front without removing anything? It's on a megacab if this helps.

I like the pocket knife idea. Better than buying a tool only to be used once.
