Odd how this pump and injectors on the 5.9 had to be plugged in to start below 50 degrees and with the exact same setup on the 6.7 it started instantly at 32 degrees this morning. No cranking till it catches, just hit the starter and it goes. Been sitting over a week and it took off like it had been running all morning.

HO 5.9 versus stock 6.7 except for .035 deep valve reliefs.

Never had an issue starting my 94 in single digit temps unplugged. My 08 starts fine also. I prefer to plug them in to save on engine wear and because I don't like to wait on heat.

You have stock 6.7 pistons Ron? Sounds like the 6.7 is a huge step
