Just installed a built so cal engine
Installed compound set up
Blah blah
Installed custom tune on ppe
Bleed fuel system = removed fuel cap opened relef on fuel filter housing and pumped over and over

Did not fill cooling system

Good batteries
Cranked on truck data loged frp
I'm only getting 305 max.

No dtc

I keep getting told to bleed and bleed
I'm getting a straight stream of fuel when bleeding

Somebody give me some knowledge

Please

I read on alldata that ect has to be wet
I in installed ect and put in a cup of water
No go
Still same concern

I cleaned and put electrical grease on the connectors
They are seated all the way
If it has no communication wouldn't throw a dtc?

Check to see if they installed the proper tone ring for your application, they are not all the same.

Nope, I left my FICM unplugged when I did my engine swap and got no codes. After 5 minutes of messing with it it dawned on me. Plugged it in and it fired right up. And it could be the tone wheel as well like stated above me.

If it's dielectric grease you just created all your problems. Clean dry connectors are better than greased connectors.

You can run it without water. No fuel rail pressure looks to be the issue. What is the commanded rail pressure?

Ficm plugged in no grease
Bleed fuel system has a raptor pump so I got a straight stream of fuel
I'm getting 0.3 kpsi cranking
At 160 rpm

If I have a restricted return wil it cuase this problem
