Cruise control resistor question

Hey all,

I'm putting cruise control on my 2007 Ford F250 with a 12v. I have read where resistors in the steering controls will need to be replaced with the following resistors. Does anyone know what the wattage rating of the resistors need to be?

1.5K ohm
560 ohm
120 ohm

why ???? what are the values in the service manual ?

I don't have a service manual. I was told the 2005 and newer super duties with steering wheel controls would have the wrong voltage for the servo. I was able to research the correct ohm value and which resistors needed to be replaced but I could not find a wattage value.

I don't see why a servo from a 2007 gas f250 wouldn't work with steering wheel controls. What is your servo from?
