I have a used but still like new front engine crank dampner pulley for sale
brand Fluidampr # 4efh02 SFI approved ballancer. I also have the crank drill and pin kit for this for operation over 3500 rpms.
part #s 960301 dampner and 300002 pin kit.

unknown if will work on a 12v . I think so you will have to look up the part #s

It physically fits, but the 24v ones lack the two notches and the relocation kit for the engine speed sensor. If you don't have that on yours (being a '99 truck), then it is good to go.
