Delphi lift pump

I am doing a p-pump swap on my first gen and with the ve pump I was running the Delphi low pressure piston lift pump that kept the little ve happy but will it
Be enough for the p-pump? What kind of psi do they require?

Won't keep the p pump happy.. 30-60 psi depending on needs.

Will a second gen lift pump bolt up and work fine?

I'm not sure if the first gen cam has a lobe for a ppump factory lift pump but if it does you can get fun amount of power out of them. A fresh lift pump will fuel to 400-500 hp if you have the right setup. I have a single 66 on my Chevy and it's right around 450 or so, maybe more.
