I've got the 09 video. I got it compliments of diesel power magazine. You can get it from 4wheelparts.com, you might have to call them.

We did not skip a year. 4 Wheel Parts has it, no idea why it's not on their website. Just call 'em. 2010 DVD will be out early this year in October.
