Difference between '04.5-'05 & '06-up head?

Anybody know off the top of their head what the difference is between the '05 and down and '06 and up 325 hp CR head? Different part # in the Chrysler system-valves/springs etc. seem to have the same # so I assume it's a difference in the casting itself.
