I know they say serviceable, but what's the typical result following soot build up and frequency?

Do filters have to be used on every set up ? Auto meter has two different gauges in the factory match one. A manual and electronic one. I know you need to use a filter on the manual but seen people not use them on the electronic ones cause the factory one doesn't use a filter either

I would just back flush mine with air. Never had an issue
