I know this subject has been beat to death, which just makes searching all the more difficult for a small bit of info.

The front port is a M18x1.5? Does that need a oring type or just a standard metric to AN adapter? Looking at the plug I removed it would seem that an oring is in order, but IDK.

What is the return thread (at the OFV)?

Yep it's a m18x 1.5. I use an o-ring on my kits and recommend vibra-tite or similar on the threads.
