I have a wiring harness from an 03-04 cummins for sale. Its in good condition, it is the bigger harness of the two, plugs into ECM. $175 shipped. It was listed for a 04.5 (325hp) motor on ebay when I bought it, but it is actually for a 03-04 (305hp). Its in great condition I can email pics call or text Rich at 80six-323-3two8two.
