Oh. Well, I'm around 5 to 7K @ idle and I've seen as high as 28.5K @ WOT Just depends on which SW I'm running on the Smarty. The MP-8 adds about 15 to 20hp per the dyno and does increase RP some but, it's mostly a boost fooler for me. Depending on the SW I can see the same RP levels without it.
 
What is typical RP in a stock configuration at WOT?

Are specified RP values model year specific (03-04 vs. 04.5-07)?

What does 6.7 without egr mean? Far as I know they all came with an egr.
 
don't know what to tell you man.... it's in the service manual so there must be a motor out there without it.
 
i think the 6.7 liter is used in some constrution equipment which might not have egr
 
At work we have ottowa yard dogs 6.7's with no egr, just for reference.
 
marine maybe... For my single i am 5 to 7 @ idle too. Seen 27K at wot Beta 4.2 SW5 (just a comparison) MP-8 just adds rattle. might off it.
 
I wonder if its talking about the egr injection because it says the 5.9 has it also and I'm pretty sure the 5.9 doesn't have an external egr like the 6.7.
 
For 04.5-07.5 trucks, idle RP should be around 6500psi. Max RP should be 24,00026,000psi. Your RP gauge and blow off valve may vary!!!! Running 65-70mph, RP should be 15-18,000psi.
 
What if you ran dual stg3 pumps? Would there be any benifits or problems?
