Got my swap done a few days ago. It runs great and it's a whole new truck.

so what dont work like on the 24v originally. all the guages and the apps and all that still work?
whats diff now besides the inj pump driveability thing..

You just have a check engine light on all the time. Everything else is normal.

The biggest plus to me is the reliability, no more worrying if my pump is gonna die again.

little black tape to cover the light??

Or pull the bulb from th dash. The light doesn't bother me though.

I only replaced 1 vp and lp, but. I didn't wanna replace another.

the drivabilty is just so much nicer when they are p pumped. the throttle response was a big one for me. yeah i just pulled the bulb on mine for the check engine light
