Engine gets a flutter round 1700-2000 when drivin down the highway, idles fine and doesn't feel like I'm losing any power. Ran the overhead bout 3 times. Still have stock valve springs have 4k gov kit in .024 dv's and running a stock 12valve cam. I'm thinking my springs are getting weak, looking for more input and help.
