Fog lights on a 2002

I recently picked up a 2002 and I am trying to figure out how the fog lights are set up. They are factory fog lights.

There is a fog light harness on the truck and it looks factory. I have no power down there and both wires are grounded.

I am led to believe that there are 2 different headlight switches, one for trucks with fog lights and one for trucks without them. I cant get my switch to flip to what is labeled fog lights. Fuse 43 is good.

Is my problem the switch since evidently the truck didn't have fog lights from the factory? Thanks in advance.

I did that originally, thinking it would be the same as my brother's truck. It still does not have power down there. So I evidently had factory fog lights?

FWIW I have 8 wires going into the back of the headlight switch. I'll have to look for a pin out diagram.
