the truck been seating for couple years and the fss worked before i parked it and now i half to push it up it git the truck to start i bypassed eveything to test it and it works im gitting about 11.5 volts power wire and 10.5 on the Signal wire i dont think its gitting enough power to pull the plunger up

Take it off, pull it apart and clean it with some sand paper. They get rust build up and won't move freely.

On the weather pack coming from the firewall that plugs into the FSS there is a green wire to check. This could be loose or broken. in the WP. With out the voltage from the green wire it will cause the plunger to drop.

i was checking at the fss plug and i moves ez up and down and i made a harness and hooked rigth the the battery 12.6 volts and it functions fine im going to try test the ground when i git back home
