Fuel Treatment/Cleaners

My 12v's been sitting for nearly 1 yr., had less than 10 gal. in the tank. What do you guys recommend for treating the fuel before/after sitting for extended periods of time.

My fuel system appears to have a fungus/algae buildup causing the truck to idle out of whack. I'm wanting to find a fuel treatment to cleanse the fuel that is in the tank/lines.

Any ideas or suggestions are welcome!

I have used a product from FPPF its called Killem I think. Its made to keep algea from building up in storage tanks. I had a bad algea problem in my tow truck from the previous owner letting it sit around had 2 full tanks. After I put that stuff in I think I changed the fuel filter one more time and it was good to go. After the algea is gone most decent fuel treatments will have a fuel stabilizer in them especially winter fuel treatments.
