Anyone have any advice on this? Been looking at the Proform scales. Not sure if I can get away with 2000 grams on these motors though. Anyone know what a stock piston weighs? Or the heavy end of a rod? LOL

Complete rod and piston weighs 3900 grams, Big end of the rod is 1500ish piston is about the same

Awesome, thank you. Any idea what a stock piston weighs? Can I get away with the 2000g scale, or just get the 3000? The 2000g measures .1g to 2000 and the 3000g does 1g to 3000g.

We have a 4000 gram that measures .1g I would find a better bigger one because the fixture that holds the ends on the scale weigh around 450 grams so 2000g will be really close on the big end but you zero it so it shouldnt matter but i like to weight the entire setup when in done to see how close they are all
