Got a friend looking for someone to do a cab swap

I have a friend who has a ‘98 extended cab 4x4 that’s originally from PA. It’s eat up with rust and he wants to do a cab swap. He isn’t able to do it himself so he’s trying to find someone in his area to do it. He’s in Townsend, GA, between Savannah and Jacksonville.
