he341 and an ht3b on a 12v

It could work, what are you doing for a build? Pump, injectors, GSK ect.
 
I was going to do the same thing but with a he351, but then sold the turbo. It should be a pretty good set up, but I would run a external gate infront of the he341. The 9cm housing is going to be great for spool up, but with out a external gate it will make lots of back pressure.
 
It's a nice setup for a daily driver and towing. Drill the wastegate out to one inch. The 341 has a smaller wastegate hole than a 351 stock. The flapper is the same size.
