Headgaskets & O-Rings

At what point is O-ringin a must? I have heard of an alternative using stock gasket and an Inconel wire ring...? Anybody else heard of this?

Not typically with an MLS.

Mls and high quality fasteners have been proven to hold large amounts of hp.

I know they will hold up to 1000 -1200.... not sure after that...
