hello new from indiana

I have a 2003 dodge ram 150:welcome:wned:0 gasser that is about to get torne apart to swap to a 12 valve. Was looking to get info and hope to meet new people and have people give me some pointers as to what I will be needing to do the swap. Any tips please let me know thanks joe
