How many centimeters on the exhaust housing? A/R? What size exhaust wheel?

How may pulls on it?

exhaust housing is a 27 and the turbin wheel is a 3.6

Ok so it's what I am looking for. I am guessing that it is a T6 foot as well.

Is it new or just rebuilt? The reason why I am asking is new one runs about $4100 and to rebuild a used one is about $1000+.
