In cab gasser pull

My friend made this pull this weekend, two hundred and sixty something feet, he was the first puller then they regeared the sled but he was having issues and couldn't get the truck back in time. He wants to know what you guys think or if there is anything he should work on before then next pull. This is his first year pulling this truck and is still getting used to it.

First thoughts are.... seems like he came out of the hole to easy. Needs different gear for more ground speed, or tire. And need a different view or more info on it.
 
Sorry, you must have to be his friend to see it, the track was really hard and everyone hopped out of the whole that's why he tried coming out slow. I guess I would just rather know how the video looks. I would like to get a camera like this and start throwing it in all my friends trucks at the pulls I think it would be cool to have the two angles.
