Hey guys. Im new here and to cummins. I'm doing a conversion and am curious to see what you guys figure my build should put out approximately based on the mods listed.

05 cr
balanced rotating assembly
62/71 phat shaft over S475
85% CP3
90hp injectors
165 airdog
All controlled with a smarty s-06
studs but no rings waste gate set for 65psi.
Pushed though a built suncoast allison

When I decided to pull the trigger on the swap I was looking for a strong tow rig that will handle the hp that my 6.4 wont, while maintaining reliability.

I have heard some numbers but want to see what you guys figure it will make.

I may get bashed but why run a 85% cp3 with 90 hp injectors? Or are you planning on eventually going to bigger injectors?

I want to leave some room to upgrade in the future. But my main reason it that I want enough fuel to lite the turbos with out the chances of over fueling. Coming from a 6.4 that seems to handle excessive EGT's fairly well and not being familiar with the cummins, I want this truck to run cool, with max EGT's around 1200deg. Once I am comfortable with the set up. I will go bigger.

should make a nice easy 600 n still tow really well when turned down a lil

Yes nice 600. We did a 33% over pump with stock injectors and those same twins made just over 600hp.
