Is this too much shaft play?

It's probably worth getting checked out I guess, it takes a couple hours to do a turbo swap on a dmax and isn't all that fun.

my turbo on my cummins is the same way. once it gets oil pressure alot of the free play goes away. as long as it doesnt hit the compressor housing it will be fine.
