Kenny's Dual Disc Help

Since they don't want answer the phone for 5 days now. I'm trying get this dual disc and big input installed. Came with no instructions. I have few questions I need help on

Do I shim the input?
What bout removing a shim on the pivot ball for throw out?
Longer bolts for the starter spacer?
Do I leave the factory spacer also there?

Sucks having a bada 12v dually sitting with questions bout a product and no answers. Thanks alot guys

When I put mine in, I had the same questions
I just put in the input the way it came.
He said removing a shim didn't really matter.
I had to get longer bolts.
Mine didn't have a factory spacer?
